At FYS Kartal Ambalaj, we see it as our core mission to help businesses meet their packaging needs while also honoring their environmental responsibilities. Our entire PE and PP based product portfolio is compatible with 100% recycling programs. From product selection to our supply chain, and from our logistics operations to our waste management, we make sustainability the foundation of every stage.
Recyclable Raw Materials
All PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) based products in our portfolio are manufactured from raw materials that comply with international recycling standards. Stretch film, shrink film and polypropylene strapping that have reached the end of their service life can be reprocessed into raw material at licensed recycling facilities. This approach supports both the environmental and the economic cycle.
Low Carbon Footprint
Our modern stretch film and PET strapping solutions are produced with significantly lower carbon emissions than traditional packaging methods. Pre-stretch films reduce application effort and costs, and allow less material to be used for the same pallet. This lowers both environmental and operational costs.
Compliance With Global Standards
We fully comply with all international environmental and product safety standards, above all the European Union packaging directives, the REACH regulation and RoHS requirements. This allows us to offer the most suitable packaging solutions for our customers exporting to Europe.
PE Waste Take-Back Program
We run a program that collects used PE film waste from our corporate customers and ensures it is recycled at licensed facilities. Customers who take part in this program both fulfill their environmental responsibilities and reduce their waste management costs. To join the program, please contact our sales team.
Energy-Efficient Machinery Solutions
The strapping and pallet wrapping machines we offer are equipped with energy-saving modes and smart power management systems. Compared with previous-generation equipment, our new-generation machines deliver energy savings of 20-30%. This creates an advantage both for the environment and for operating costs.
Optimum Material Usage
As part of the technical consultancy service we provide to our customers, we aim to achieve the same level of load security using less material. Optimizing material usage through the right product selection and application techniques creates both environmental and economic benefits.
