High-Tensile Fiber-Reinforced Packaging Strapping
Composite strapping is a new-generation industrial strapping band produced by coating high-tensile polyester fibers with a rigid polymer (plastic) layer. While offering high break strength on par with steel strapping, its flexible and lightweight structure keeps your pallets perfectly secured even under the most demanding transport conditions.
- Steel Strength, Plastic Safety: It has very high break resistance, but because it has no sharp edges like steel strapping, it reduces the risk of workplace accidents to zero.
- Maximum Weather Resistance: 100% rust-free and rot-proof. It shows extraordinary resistance to UV rays, moisture and harsh climate conditions; it does not damage the product in outdoor storage.
- Shock-Absorbing Elasticity: It stretches to absorb sudden jolts and impacts that may occur inside a truck or container during shipment. It does not loosen and always maintains its tension.
- Surface-Friendly Packaging: It does not scratch your delicate-surfaced products, marble or wooden pallets, does not crush their corners and leaves no rust stains.
Easy and Economical Application: It is easily fastened using only a manual tensioning tool (with a wire buckle). It requires no investment in expensive, heavy machinery
