Under-Strap Packaging Corner Protectors

Plastic edge protectors are protective plastic packaging accessories that prevent the high pressure generated when cartons, pallets and packages are secured with strapping from damaging, crushing or cutting the product. At our factory, we manufacture high-quality plastic corner protectors from unbreakable and flexible raw materials designed to withstand the most demanding industrial tensioning operations, in lugged, non-lugged, carton-type and marble-type options.

• Prevents Strap Slippage: Thanks to the special channels and lugs on its surface, it reliably prevents polyester (PET), PP or steel straps from slipping off the pallet corner.
• Eliminates Crushing and Damage: Distributes the high tensioning force applied by strapping tools evenly across the surface; prevents carton corners from collapsing inward or valuable stone such as marble from breaking.
• Unbreakable and Flexible Structure: Our plastic corner protectors, produced from high-quality PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene) raw material, flex under impacts and tension and do not crack or break.
• Unaffected by Weather Conditions: Unlike cardboard edge protectors, they are not affected by water, moisture, rain or UV rays. They never deform in outdoor storage or in overseas container shipments (export).
• Economical and Reusable: In addition to their very low unit cost, they can be collected from dismantled pallets and reused many times, reducing your company's packaging expenses.
